If the wooden parts or structural base of your purchased product are damaged or malfunction during the warranty period under normal use, we will repair it free of charge in accordance with our warranty policy. The warranty period is up to 10 years from the date of purchase. Furthermore, the product warranty will be limited to the extent determined by our discretion. Mental damage and all other incidental damages are not covered by this warranty policy.

■In the following cases, repairs will be charged even if the product is within the warranty period.

1) Damage or malfunction caused by use contrary to the product's intended use. 2) Replacement of consumable parts other than the wooden parts of the product, such as cushions (upholstery fabric, urethane foam, feathers), hinges, electrical appliances (light bulbs), etc.
④ In the event of damage or malfunction caused by natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, or flood.
⑤ In the event of damage or malfunction that, in our judgment, would not occur under normal use.
⑥ When used for business purposes.
⑦ In the event of damage or malfunction caused by transportation, movement, or dropping after purchase.
8. Damage or malfunction caused by repair or modification by a party other than our store or the manufacturer.
*The warranty is valid only in Japan. We will not reissue the warranty.
